The Process Flow & Duration Estimation
The time required for a brand new product to be designed, prototyped, molded, mass produced, and finally shipped
Step 1: 3D designed (3-7 days)
After confirming the requirements with the client, it will take 3-7 days (including weekends) to making the 3D drawings according to the client’s requirements.
Step 2: Sampling (7-14 days)
It takes 7~14 days (including weekends) to make a sample after the customer confirms the 3D design drawing.
Step 3: Sample testing (within 1 day)
After the sample is completed, the quality, size, etc. of the sample is checked and the face value
Step 4: Bulk Manufacturing (30-45 days)
Once the customer has tested and confirmed the samples, the formal order production delivery date takes 30 to 45 days for the first order and can be completed within 30 working days from the second order.
Step 5: After sales service (within 1 day)
All after-sales service issues will be responded to by our sales staff within 24 hours with a professional and effective solution
